Overview

We want you to be happy with Nekorder. If you’re not satisfied with your Pro purchase, you can request a refund.

Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). To request a refund:

  1. Visit your order page at https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders
  2. Find your Nekorder Pro order and click “Request a refund”
  3. Alternatively, contact Lemon Squeezy support at https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/help

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your Pro license key will be deactivated. You will still be able to use the free version of Nekorder with watermark and 1080p export.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Free Version

The free version of Nekorder is available at no cost and does not require a refund policy. You can use it indefinitely.
